Muhammad Reza is a lecturer and researcher at Chemical Education Department, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. He holds a bachelor degree (Sarjana Pendidikan) from Universitas Syiah Kuala, graduated in 2015, and a master degree (Magister Sains) in field of Physics and Inorganic Chemistry from Institut Teknologi Bandung, graduated in 2019. Before starting his academic career, Reza was an Senior Master Teacher Curriculum Chemistry (Leadership) at educational technology startup company, Ruangguru Jakarta, in which he had about two years of curriculum design and content quality control experiences in educational content development. Besides his main role as an quality controller, he also had been involved in several projects, such as Ruang Belajar, Konsep Kilat UTBK, and Sekolah Online during Covid pandemic in 2019-2020. As a scholar, his research and community services area of interests include materials science, polymer chemistry, halal food security, learning assessment and learning media development.
